Peptide therapy online in Texas: prices and state rules
The short answer
Texans can be prescribed peptide protocols through an online visit. Texas Occupations Code 111.005 recognizes a valid practitioner-patient relationship formed by live video or by asynchronous store and forward that uses your clinical records, with follow-up guidance. Neither the Texas Medical Board nor the State Board of Pharmacy had published a peptide statement as of October 29, 2026. Plans start at $68/mo; compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
What Texas rules say
Texas spells out, in statute, exactly which telemedicine methods create a valid relationship for a prescription, and it licenses out-of-state pharmacies under its own class. Its boards have not addressed peptides. Each source below is the official code.
| Topic | What it says | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Peptides | A Texas Medical Board or Texas State Board of Pharmacy statement on peptides: no published statement found as of October 29, 2026. | pharmacy.texas.gov and tmb.state.tx.us (searched) |
| Relationship | A valid relationship exists if the practitioner meets the standard of care and uses "synchronous audiovisual interaction", other audiovisual technology, or "asynchronous store and forward technology". | Occupations Code 111.005(a)(3) |
| Store and forward | The asynchronous route works when the practitioner uses clinical photos or video, or "the patient's relevant clinical records, such as the relevant medical or dental history, laboratory and pathology results, and prescriptive histories". | Occupations Code 111.005(a)(3)(B) |
| Follow-up | The practitioner must give guidance on follow-up care and, if you consent and have a primary care physician, send that physician a report within 72 hours. | Occupations Code 111.005(b) |
| Consent | Informed consent must be obtained before telemedicine services are provided. | Occupations Code 111.002 |
| Pharmacy license | An out-of-state pharmacy "may not ship, mail, or deliver to this state a prescription drug" unless the Board licenses it or it qualifies for the isolated-transactions exemption. | Occupations Code 560.001(b), 560.004 |
| License class | Texas licenses mail-order pharmacies based in other states under Class E, also called a nonresident pharmacy license. | Occupations Code 560.051(f) |
Federal standing for each protocol: see our legal status page. The HHS policy leaves out every multi-peptide stack and DSIP; a licensed provider can still prescribe them to Texans after reviewing the intake.
Texas accepts store and forward when it rests on your clinical records. That is what our intake collects.
How the online visit works for Texans
- You consent and fill in the intake. It takes about five minutes and covers your medical history and current prescriptions, the kind of clinical records Texas law points to.
- A licensed US provider reviews your file, under physician oversight by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, and prescribes only when appropriate. Expect follow-up questions, or a video visit, when your answers need one.
- A licensed US 503A pharmacy makes the protocol and sends it already reconstituted, labeled with its concentration.
- It travels cold-chain to Texas (we ship to all 50 states) in 2 to 3 business days, and an adult signs at delivery. You also get guidance on follow-up care.

FAQ
Are peptides legal in Texas?
Texas has not published a peptide-specific rule or board statement as of October 29, 2026, so federal rules set the frame. Since October 28, 2026, HHS lets licensed 503A pharmacies compound six peptides for patients with a prescription: BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, Semax and KPV. That is not FDA approval.
Can I get peptides through telehealth in Texas?
Yes, if a practitioner forms a valid relationship under Occupations Code 111.005: by live video, by other audiovisual technology, or by asynchronous store and forward that relies on your clinical records. The practitioner decides which is right for you.
Will my primary care doctor be told?
Only with your consent. Texas requires the practitioner, when you consent and have a primary care physician, to send that physician a report of the visit within 72 hours.
How much does peptide therapy cost in Texas?
BPC-157 costs $163 month to month or $158/mo on 6 months, and the Wolverine Stack is $225 month to month. The lowest price in the catalog is $68/mo. There is no membership fee on top.
Does a pharmacy need a Texas license to mail peptides to me?
Yes. Occupations Code 560.001(b) bars an out-of-state pharmacy from shipping prescription drugs into Texas unless the State Board of Pharmacy licenses it, with a narrow exemption for isolated transactions.
What is the most legit peptide company?
Check the basics yourself: a licensed provider who prescribes, a licensed 503A pharmacy that compounds, and an independent verification you can look up. Peptides.build lists its pharmacies and provider, and its HealthProtect entry is public.
Where can I buy BPC-157?
For human use, by prescription only: a licensed clinician prescribes it and a licensed 503A pharmacy compounds it under the HHS policy. Vials sold as research chemicals are not for human use.
Are stacks like CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin available in Texas?
They can be prescribed by a licensed provider after an intake. Multi-peptide stacks and DSIP fall outside the HHS policy, which covers single ingredients only, and we label them so.

Houston or Amarillo, the intake is the same. A licensed US provider makes the call; a licensed 503A pharmacy prepares the protocol, mixes it and ships it cold.
