Peptide therapy online in Nevada: prices and state rules
The short answer
Yes. Nevada residents, from Las Vegas to Reno, can have peptide protocols prescribed online. NRS 629.515 lets a provider establish a patient relationship by telehealth when that is clinically appropriate, and requires the provider to hold a Nevada license. In 2026 the Nevada Board of Pharmacy cited an out-of-state operator, not licensed in Nevada, over peptide injections given in Las Vegas. Plans start at $68/mo, and no compounded medication is FDA-approved.
What Nevada rules say
Nevada's Board of Pharmacy has already acted on peptides given without Nevada licenses, so licensing is the thread running through every row here. All entries link to the Nevada Revised Statutes or the Board's own records.

|---|---|---|
| Peptides | A February 20, 2026 Board of Pharmacy citation says attendees at a July 2025 Las Vegas festival "received injections of peptides and other dangerous drugs" from people not licensed with the Board, and fines the operator $10,000. The operator contests it, arguing the peptides are not dangerous drugs under NRS 454.201. | Board of Pharmacy, Case No. 25-289-C-O (July 2026 meeting handouts) |

For the federal side, read our legal status page. Stacks and DSIP are not part of the HHS policy; Nevada patients may still be prescribed them by a licensed provider once the intake is reviewed.
Nevada allows the patient relationship to start online when clinically appropriate. Start with a five-minute intake.
How the online visit works in Nevada
- Answer the intake online, in roughly five minutes, from your phone or computer.
- A licensed US provider reviews it. Nevada requires the prescribing clinician to hold a Nevada license or certificate. Physician oversight is by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, and a prescription follows only if appropriate; you may be asked for more detail or a video call.
- A licensed US 503A pharmacy compounds the protocol, reconstitutes it and labels the concentration, so nothing is mixed at home.
- Cold-chain shipping into Nevada, part of our delivery to all 50 states: 2 to 3 business days on the road, signed for by an adult. Desert summers are why the parcel ships chilled.

FAQ
Are peptides legal in Nevada?
Nevada has no peptide statute or general board guidance on record as of October 29, 2026. Federally, an HHS policy in force since October 28, 2026 lets licensed 503A pharmacies compound BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, Semax and KPV for a patient with a prescription, which is not FDA approval. The Board of Pharmacy has also cited an unlicensed operator over peptide injections in Las Vegas.
What happened with the peptide injections in Las Vegas?
According to a February 2026 Board of Pharmacy citation, peptide injections were given at a July 2025 festival in Las Vegas at the booth of an out-of-state medical group, by people not licensed with the Nevada Board of Pharmacy, and two attendees had adverse reactions. The Board fined the operator $10,000. The operator has contested the citation.
Can I see a provider for peptides online in Nevada?
Yes. Nevada lets a provider establish the relationship by telehealth when clinically appropriate, including by asynchronous store and forward. The provider must hold a Nevada license or certificate.
Is peptide therapy real?
Prescribed peptide therapy here means a licensed provider prescribing a protocol that a licensed 503A pharmacy compounds. Much of the research on these peptides is preclinical, and no results are implied or guaranteed.
How much does peptide therapy cost in Nevada?
BPC-157 runs $163 month to month and $158/mo on the 6-month plan; MOTS-c starts at $158/mo. The catalog low is $68/mo, and every price includes review, compounding and cold-chain delivery.
Will insurance pay for peptide therapy?
Compounded peptides are usually paid out of pocket. Ask your own plan about coverage before you start.
Does the pharmacy need a Nevada license?
Yes. Under NRS 639.2328, any pharmacy outside Nevada that dispenses prescriptions to Nevada patients must be licensed by the Nevada Board of Pharmacy.
Can I get a peptide blend in Nevada?
A licensed provider can prescribe our blends and DSIP after an intake. They are outside the HHS policy, which covers single ingredients only, and are labeled that way on every page.
