Start your CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin visit · from $183/moQuick answer: how do you calculate CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin units?
To calculate CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin units, divide the milligrams in the vial by the millilitres of liquid to get the concentration, divide your prescribed dose in milligrams by that concentration to get the volume, then multiply the volume in mL by 100 for units on a U-100 syringe. Check first that the vial and the dose are counted the same way, both as the total blend or both per peptide, because mixing the two halves or doubles the draw. Example: a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 2.5 mg/mL, so if your prescription says 80 mcg, you draw 0.032 mL, which is 3.2 units.

Pre-mixed CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin: reading the pharmacy label
Online CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin calculators assume a freeze-dried vial you mix yourself, usually a 10 mg blend with 2 mL of water. A compounding pharmacy prescription usually arrives as a liquid, and the label states a concentration in mg/mL or mcg/mL instead of a powder weight. A label of 1,000 mcg/mL is the same as 1 mg/mL.
Blend labels are written one of two ways: one strength for each peptide (for example CJC-1295 1 mg/mL and ipamorelin 1 mg/mL) or a single strength for the combined solution. Use the figure that matches how your dose is written. If the label gives each peptide and your prescription gives a per-peptide dose, enter one peptide's strength; if both are totals, enter the total.
Then divide the prescribed dose in mg by that concentration to get mL and multiply by 100 for units. Switch the calculator above to Pre-mixed vial and type the label strength. Count doses only up to the beyond-use date printed on the label.

Most CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin vials are co-lyophilized blends: both peptides dissolve into the same water, so every unit you draw carries both. When your prescription gives a CJC-1295 amount per injection, enter it here with each peptide's mg from the vial label, and the calculator shows the units and how much ipamorelin comes with them.

Skip the blend math
The CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin is prescribed as a pre-mixed CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend, already reconstituted by a licensed US 503A pharmacy and labeled with the concentration. No BAC water, no ratios to work out.
Start your CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin visit · from $183/moThis is where most CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin math goes wrong. A "10 mg" blend vial usually holds 5 mg of each peptide. With 2 mL of water the whole solution is 5 mg/mL, but each peptide is only 2.5 mg/mL. A per-peptide dose of 80 mcg is therefore 3.2 units; typing 10 mg into a single-peptide calculator gives 1.6 units, half of what the prescription means.
The reverse mistake is just as common: a prescription written as total blend (for example "160 mcg of the blend") entered against one peptide's 5 mg doubles the draw. Read the vial label and the prescription side by side and make sure both count the same thing.
In an equal blend, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin always arrive in a 1:1 ratio and cannot be adjusted separately inside one vial. A different ratio needs a different blend or two vials, which is a question for the prescriber and pharmacy.
How much BAC water for 5 mg or 10 mg of CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin
Use the volume your pharmacy or prescriber specifies. The water changes only the concentration, never the amount of CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin in the vial: more water means more units for the same dose.

|---|---|---|
| 1 mL | 5 | 50 |
| 2 mL | 2.5 | 25 |
| 2.5 mL | 2 | 20 |

|---|---|---|
| 2 mL | 5 | 50 |

When CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin units fall between syringe lines
Blend vials are concentrated: at 10 mg in 2 mL each unit carries 50 mcg of combined peptide, so small prescriptions come out as short decimals such as 3.2 units. Most 1 mL syringes are marked every 2 units, which puts 3.2 between two lines. A 0.3 mL syringe is marked every unit (some every half unit) and is easier to read at this size.
If the result is under 2 units, or is larger than your syringe holds, ask your pharmacist or prescriber whether a different concentration fits your dose better. Do not change the amount of water or the dose on your own.

CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin calculator FAQ
How many units of CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin do I draw?
Units = dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL) × 100. For a 10 mg blend (5 mg of each peptide) mixed with 2 mL, each peptide is 2.5 mg/mL, so a per-peptide prescription of 80 mcg is 0.032 mL, or 3.2 units on a U-100 syringe. The dose itself comes from your prescription.
Is my dose per peptide or for the whole blend?
Check the wording on the prescription. "80 mcg CJC-1295 / 80 mcg ipamorelin" is per peptide; "160 mcg of the blend" is a total. Then match the vial: use each peptide's mg for a per-peptide dose, or the vial's total mg for a total dose. Mixing the two doubles or halves the units, so ask your pharmacist if the wording is unclear.
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 10 mg CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend?
Use the volume your pharmacy or prescriber specifies. With a 5 + 5 mg blend, 2 mL makes 2.5 mg/mL of each peptide (25 mcg of each per unit), 2.5 mL makes 2 mg/mL of each (20 mcg per unit) and 3 mL makes about 1.67 mg/mL of each. Peptides.build prescriptions arrive pre-mixed, so patients never add water.
My CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin vial came pre-mixed. How do I convert my dose to units?
Read the concentration on the pharmacy label, for example 1 mg/mL (1,000 mcg/mL). Divide your prescribed dose in mg by it to get mL, then multiply by 100: 0.08 mg ÷ 1 mg/mL = 0.08 mL = 8 units. Choose Pre-mixed vial in the calculator to do this automatically.
Does the math change for CJC-1295 with DAC or without DAC?
No. CJC-1295 with DAC and CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) are different compounds with different schedules, but converting a prescribed dose into units uses the same formula. Make sure the vial label names the same form as your prescription.
Can I calculate separate CJC-1295 and ipamorelin vials?
Yes. Run the calculator once for each vial with that vial's mg, water and the dose prescribed for that peptide. Two separate vials give two separate draws; ask your pharmacist before combining two vials in one syringe.
How should CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin be stored once mixed?
Follow the storage line on the pharmacy label. Reconstituted peptides are typically kept refrigerated, not frozen, and used before the beyond-use date. Do not use a vial that looks cloudy or has particles; contact the pharmacy.
Is CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin FDA-approved?
No. Neither CJC-1295 nor ipamorelin is FDA-approved for any use, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved. When it is prescribed, a licensed provider decides whether it is appropriate for the individual patient.
Is CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin allowed in competitive sport?
No. The World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List names CJC-1295 among growth hormone releasing hormone analogues and ipamorelin among growth hormone secretagogues, both banned at all times. Drug-tested athletes should check with their governing body.
Does this calculator tell me how much CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin to take?
No. It performs arithmetic only and does not recommend a dose or schedule. The dose, timing and vial strength come from your prescription and pharmacy label.
