How it works
Four steps from an online intake to a protocol built for you, with a licensed provider involved at every one.
You complete a five-minute online intake, a licensed US provider reviews your history and prescribes a protocol only if it is appropriate for you, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares it, and it ships cold-chain to your door. You keep provider access for check-ins and adjustments.
The four steps
- 01
Tell us your goals
A five-minute intake covering how you train, how you recover, your health history, medications, and allergies. It takes less time than a warm-up. Be thorough here: this is what your provider actually reads.
- 02
Meet your provider
A licensed US provider reviews everything you shared and decides whether a protocol is appropriate for you. If it isn't, they will tell you and may suggest an alternative. Nothing is prescribed automatically.
- 03
Shipped cold, direct
Your protocol is compounded for you by a licensed 503A US pharmacy and shipped cold-chain to all 50 states, so it arrives at the right temperature. Everything you need to start is in the box.
- 04
Titrate and track
Start, check in, and adjust with ongoing provider access as your training and recovery progress. Your provider sets and changes your protocol over time; we never publish dosing.

Prescribed care vs. the grey market
Most peptides sold online are grey market: unregulated product sold under a 'research use only' label. That label is the whole business model.
This compares two care models, not two products. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and we do not claim otherwise. What a prescription adds is a licensed provider deciding whether a protocol is appropriate for you and a licensed pharmacy preparing it.

Who reviews and who fills
Clinical review is handled by licensed US providers in the Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC clinical group, led by Sean Arora, MD. A provider reads your intake, decides whether a protocol is appropriate for you, writes the prescription when it is, and stays available for check-ins and adjustments.
Fulfillment is handled by licensed 503A US compounding pharmacies, including VialsRx, Southend, Boudreaux’s, Mycelium, Greenwich, Strive, and Hallandale, licensed to dispense to all 50 states. Compounds are third-party tested and shipped cold-chain so they arrive at the right temperature.
How long each step takes
| Step | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Intake | About five minutes |
| Provider review | Typically within one to two business days |
| Pharmacy compounding and dispatch | 3 to 5 business days after approval |
| Shipping | Cold-chain, tracked, 2 to 3 business days in transit |
