# Peptide therapy online in Florida: prices and state rules

Updated October 29, 2026 · Sourced to the Florida Statutes and Florida Senate records

## The short answer

Florida residents can get peptide protocols prescribed through an online visit. Florida statute defines telehealth to include asynchronous technology and lets a provider evaluate a patient by telehealth without a prior physical exam. Neither the Board of Pharmacy nor the Board of Medicine had published a statement on peptides as of October 29, 2026. Plans start at $68/mo, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

## What Florida rules say

Florida regulates this through two chapters of its statutes: chapter 456 for telehealth and chapter 465 for pharmacies. On peptides themselves, the state record is silent so far. Every row below links to the official text.

How each peptide stands federally is set out on our [legal status page](https://peptides.build/legal/peptides/). Our stacks and DSIP are not covered by the HHS policy; Florida patients can still have them prescribed by a licensed provider after the intake.

Four steps

## How the online visit works if you live in Florida

1. **Intake, about five minutes.** Tell us your history, medications and what you want help with.
2. **A licensed US provider evaluates it.** Physician oversight comes from Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. The visit is documented in your record to the same standard as an in-person visit, as section 456.47(3) requires. No prescription is written unless it is appropriate.
3. **A licensed US 503A pharmacy compounds it** and reconstitutes it before it leaves, with the concentration on the label.
4. **Chilled shipping to your Florida address.** We ship cold-chain to all 50 states; transit takes 2 to 3 business days, and an adult signs for the box. In Florida heat, the cold-chain packaging matters, so plan to be home.

Common questions

## FAQ

### Are peptides legal in Florida?

Florida has no peptide-specific statute or board statement on record as of October 29, 2026. Federal rules apply: since October 28, 2026, an HHS policy lets licensed 503A pharmacies compound BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, Semax and KPV for patients with a prescription. That is not FDA approval.

### Are peptides legal to sell in Florida?

Prescription drugs reach Florida patients through pharmacies the Board of Pharmacy permits or registers, including nonresident pharmacies registered under section 465.0156. Peptides sold as research chemicals are not sold for human use, and we do not sell them.

### Can a provider in another state treat me in Florida by telehealth?

Only if that clinician holds a Florida license or has registered as an out-of-state telehealth provider with the relevant Florida board under section 456.47(4).

### Does Florida require a video visit before a prescription?

The statute includes asynchronous technology in its definition of telehealth and allows evaluation by telehealth if it is sufficient to diagnose and treat. Whether a video call is needed for you is the provider's clinical decision.

### How much does peptide therapy cost in Florida?

BPC-157 is $163 month to month, or $158/mo on the 6-month plan, and the cheapest plan in the catalog is $68/mo. Each price includes the provider review, compounding and refrigerated shipping.

### How much does tesamorelin cost per month?

$199 month to month, or $158/mo on the 6-month plan. Tesamorelin is FDA-approved as Egrifta for one indication; compounded tesamorelin is a different product and is not FDA-approved.

### Do peptides count as steroids?

No. Peptides are short chains of amino acids, and anabolic steroids are a different class of drug. If you compete in tested sport, note that BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list.

### Is BPC-157 FDA approved?

It is not. BPC-157 can be compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy with a prescription under the HHS policy, and every compounded medication is not FDA-approved.

Prescribed, not mixed at home

## Start your Florida intake

From Pensacola to Key West, the steps are the same: a short intake, a licensed US provider's decision, then a licensed 503A pharmacy that mixes your protocol and ships it refrigerated.
