# Shipping & Returns Policy

## Shipping

All Peptides.build medications are shipped directly from our partner compounding and dispensing pharmacies to your door. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of physician approval, with tracked delivery typically arriving within 2 to 3 additional business days. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with cold-chain packaging and require an adult signature on delivery.

## Delivery timelines

-   Physician review: typically within 24 to 48 hours of intake submission.
-   Pharmacy processing: 3 to 5 business days after approval.
-   Carrier transit: 2 to 3 business days, tracked.
-   Refill cadence: shipped on a recurring schedule based on your plan.

## Refunds

Because compounded and prescription medications cannot be resold once they leave the pharmacy, dispensed medication is non-refundable. If your order has not yet been dispensed by the pharmacy, you may request a full refund of the medication portion of your order by emailing support@peptides.build. Consultation fees are refundable only if you are determined not to be a clinical candidate before a prescription is written.

## Damaged or lost shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 10 business days of the carrier scan, contact support@peptides.build within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
