The one difference

## What does KPV add?

KPV is a three-amino-acid fragment (lysine, proline, valine) of alpha-MSH. It has been studied in animal and cell research for its interaction with inflammatory pathways, including in the gut. That research is early, and it is the only thing that separates KLOW from GLOW. Read more in [What is KPV?](https://peptides.build/learn/what-is-kpv/)

Everything else is shared: BPC-157 and TB-500, studied in preclinical research for soft-tissue repair pathways, and GHK-Cu, a copper-binding tripeptide studied for skin and connective-tissue remodeling. Regulatory status

## Are KLOW and GLOW legal?

Both are blends, and the HHS policy of October 28, 2026 covers only single-ingredient products, so **neither blend is covered by it**. Peptides.build still offers both when a licensed US provider prescribes them, compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy. If you want a product inside the policy, single-ingredient [BPC-157](https://peptides.build/legal/bpc-157/) is. Every protocol's status is on [which peptides are legal](https://peptides.build/legal/peptides/).
